Hey guys this is my first post and Im looking for some input. My girlfriends 2008 Honda Civic has had tons of AC issues lately.

First and foremost the AC only kicks on when giving the car gas. You can park it, pop the hood and watch the compressor kick on/off while giving it gas.

Second, the AC only turn on when the AC button is NOT illuminated, and stays off when it IS illuminated.

Any ideas?

I know Audis/VW's pretty well, but dont know the first thing about Hondas.

She still have warranty? If so, don't even bother trying to figure it out.. back to the dealership..

 

 

Unfortunately its a salvage titled car...so no warranty :/
