so i have a 1997 civic dx with a 99-00 front. So i purchased a kit for a 99-00 front and got them all installed, except for all of the wiring

currently i am working on the oem switch harness and i pretty much have everything all plugged up except for one,

The install guide says to connect the harness between the headlight switch and vehicle harness. Where the heck am i supposed to plug this up.

The Oem switch harness is connected to the connector that had the blue tape on the back of the fuse box.....there was a black wire with an inline fuse that i plugged in the the fuse box, plugged the relay into the harness

Now all i have left over is the ground (yellow) and the 1 pin connector that is said to connect between the headlight switch and the vehicle switch, WHERE IS THIS AT?
