stock b16 lsd or obx?
I have the option to pick up a b16 trans with lsd from a crx but I'm not sure if it will hold up to my power goals of around 450whp.
Or would it be better to put a obx diff with upgraded hardware into my usdm short gear ys1 from a gsr?
It will cost about the same either way.
Also what is a lsd b16 cable trans worth these days?

Go OEM. I have a J4D tranny with OEM LSD on my boosted SI, not problems what so ever. OBX sounds like you either get a good one or shitty one. How good is your luck?
You'll have better luck with the OEM diff provided you're not abusive to it. If you're abusive, the OBX might hold up better, but I've seen OBXs break with 300 whp, I've received one with ring gear bolts not tapped, they have poor runout, and in general, a lot of people haven't had good luck with them. So... what Bizzle5OH3 said... how good is your luck? lol
