was up i just swap a jdm h23a vtec motor to my accord and i use the harness of my stock f23a1 motor to wire up the motor..now the problem is that the car turns on wit the stock f23a1 ecu and it dont want to turn on wit a chipped p28 and obd2b-obd1 step down harness..idk why is thati need help wit this anyone
You'll need a OBD1 ECU and run the CKP sensor wire to the OBD1 distributor because the OBD1 distributor has the CKP inside the dizzy.
I heard, you'll need a OBD1 H22A Intake Manifold and Injectors as well. Not sure, double check.

dude there has to be something rong with the stepdown harness because I have the same engine in a 96 accord wagon with a p28 with prelude basemaps and I din't get no problems.make sure that all wires match on the stepdown harness
