Fault codes; P0137, P0136, P0420

Fault codes; P0137, P0136, P0420
Hello all, I have a 2004 Odyssey that is throwing these three codes. I am wondering if the 0137 and 0136 O2 sensor codes are giving me the cat code. Should I replace the downstream O2 sensor first?
