Confirm the base idle with the PGM tester.

Code 6 is the ECT sensor.

Idle with the IAC unplugged should be around 450, barely running. However, you should do this with the PGM tester so the ECM doesn't start running in default because of the unplugged IAC.

Check the voltage at the ECT (TW) sensor. Key on engine off you should have 4.5 to 5v at the yellow/green wire. And a ground signal at the green/white wire. Ive see loose terminals at the left shock tower connector cause problems like this.

Well I fixed the cel, it was a bad connector, went to pick a part and fixed that, and also got a new iacv, also found a prob with the coolant line and fixed that all lights are out and the car is running great, started it up no idle probs or anything drive it for about 15-20 mins parked it and it started the damn idle prob again, I'm confused all vacumm lines are brand new silicon hose, I bled the coolant system the way it is soposed to of been bled, so where do I go from here? I mean no codes but idle probs, anyone?
