Default can i block this IAC water pipe?B18C4 Turbo cooling system -

Hey everyone!

i have fitted a skunk2 manifold to my b18 engine and a turbo, but there was one pipe left over from the top of the radiator outlet pipe.

its on the top of the outlet, and i think might supply the IAC valve and the throttle body with water, but ive snapped the pipe
it didnt go to anywhere after fitting the skunk2 manifold, so can i just tap it and screw in a bolt?
is this water feed pipe needed for the IAC valve?

ive highlighted it in red here:

thank you
james

Are you planning on using the stock throttle body?

yes, you can. It is used to heat the TB and IACV in the cold winter. It is not really needed for race cars.

Thank you I will block it off, I am getting an iac error code in hondata and it won't idle, and I read on here about people having idle problems with no or low coolant in the system. I've cleaned out the iac followig the hondatech guide but it didn't work, it ran perfect In the Honda.

low coolant or air in the system may cause idle problems but will not cause code 14 (IACV). you should look into the wiring or the iacv itself
