yeah it took 4 weeks and them calling me multiple times for billing information getting it each time, telling me they will ship 3 different times, and then just not returning a call. Just bad business practice. So frustrating.

 

So are the bends any good? Your just one person. Maybe you had a bad experience?

a bad experience should not be had by anyone. that is the goal of any good organization. If and when a bad experience happens they should do something to make it right.

If that doesnt happen then people should let others know because situations are easily repeatable. and theres lots of people out there that are more then willing to work hard for your money and not just work for you at their convenience.

but never come out and just say dont buy from so and so cause they are lame or whatever. give actual reasons that would affect other people cause that way you will help to prevent other people from going through the same problems.

They are the best price i have seen on the net by far...but i guess with a the best price comes some terrible service to go with it. I ordered them on tuesday august 17th....and i was told they would go out by thursday(after they bent them) and id have them by the following wednesday (CA to GA)

don't tell me you are going to ship them and then not....and then 2 weeks later call me asking for my billing info which means you didn't do anything you said you would do in the first place. and then they say they will ship that day...and then 2 weeks later i call to find out where they are at and they still havn't shipped yet. Its not the end of the world but **** i'd like my race car to be out again before the last races of the year for cryin out loud.

Columbia River Mandrel Bending has better prices and great service. shipping was a little painful coming from Oregon to SC, but i was buying heavy stuff.

they've also got a "b-stock" mailing list you can sign up for and get 50-75% off list price.

if the other stuff hasn't shipped yet, stop payment on your card and forget that place.

they billed me monday, still havn't received them, if they aint here by tomorrow Im going to have a nervous break down.
