okay, so a buddy of mine wants to put an d16a1 in his 3rd gen civic. of course he has carbs and doesn't want to convert to fi so my idea was to put the whole carb/manifold from the jdm sohc d16 onto the a1. am i a genius or blowing **** out of my ***? will it work?

 

no reason why it wouldn't work, i guess. carbs are dope on imports. haha, cheaper version of individual throttle bodies!! even if you don't use the JDM carbs, you should clean them up and put them on display in your garage. would make a nice conversation piece.
