Default wtb complete running single cam

as cheap as possible, let me see what u have between $150-$250. prefer a complete a6 or zc but cool with other d16s also. i bent a valve in my old motor and its gona cost as a much as a new motor to replace it. help a brotha out lol

If you bent just one valve it should be an easy fix. Just remove the cylinder head from the block and replace it with a new valve using a decent valve spring compressor. Just make sure the rocker arm assembly bolts as well as the cylinder head bolts are torqued properly. Also make sure the valve guide is within the clearance range which should be around .001 to .002inch for intake and .002 to .003inch for exhaust. I know oem honda valves for b-series vtec engines range anywhere from $15-$28 each depending on weather its an intake or exhaust valve. Not sure about how much it would cost on a d-series engine. If you did a proper compression test as well as a leak down test where results show multiple valves being damaged on all the cylinders you might as well consider replacing the whole cylinder head with a rebuilt one. i actually have a6 valves laying around but i never thought about that. thanx bro. i might explore that option
