Default Complete valve job or just the one(s) that leak?

H22 head, cylinder #1 has at least one exhaust valve that is leaking (bought head used). All of the other cylinders held good compression; so I'm torn between saving cash and just replaceing the valves that need it with OEM Honda or doing a complete valve job (whether it be Honda or aftermarket). Any really "bad things" going to kick my *** down the road?

I've heard of people only replacing the affected valves (friend did it) but I'd do all of them if I had the cash.
