Default Headlights too dim and right blinker acting crazy!

So my headlights are toooo dim and even when the highs are off the high beam indicator on the gauge is semi lit... i replaced the fuses cleaned the grounds and nothing any ideas? theyre brand new light bulbs. and my right blinker is acting crazy! when the lights are off it blinks super fast when the lights are on it blinks super slow... when i put the hazards on blinks normal any ideas?

When i brake the right blinker stops or goes reallly slow

Sounds like you have a grounding issue....check your wiring

Sounds good ill look at the grounds in under the right fender area.. will this solve the blinker issue? i should have mentioned that i bought some new blinker socket from Autozone and it fits in the socket and seems to use the same light but for the first couple days the right blinker was really bright almost brighter than the light then it just went to normal. Im curious i think thats why the blinker is going crazy. But the dim headlights is frustrating..

Issue resolved turns out it was that dumb blinker socket i bought from autozone for it. I went to the junk yard and found a socket plugged it in and it worked. Headlights also resolved rewired the new connectors i bought from autozone(cause my old ones were really worn connectors broke) the only issue now is my highs are my lows and my lows are my highs ill fix it later for now its perfect.
