Ok cool right on. But that vid is pretty old. Seen it. Im sure most have seen it to.

 

old or not, I think it would help some some unexperienced DIY member. All I see in the FAQ is a write up, a Vid would add extra aid to anyone whose has never done this.

yea bro this does help me out alot. ive never gotten into my engine past the top cover and the seals there to do a valve adjustment. i've always been too afraid to go deeper then that.

 

I know where you're coming from, my seals are also leaking and I haven't had the guts to attempt this job now that I seen the vid. it gives me a visual idea on what I am doing.

When I read the FAQ although it was helpful, it wasn't visual, especially on a delicate location as the engine.

 

I keep up with ericthecarguy on YouTube. This video is not old, actually was just posted in the recent weeks. He does lots of DIY videos on Accord. Great source of knowledge.

 

Indeed, Obviously I just stumbled on the video and sure enough I felt it needed to be posted on HT.

I would like to see him do a fuel pump replacement on our cars.

 

He will not do a fuel pump on a Honda because they very rarely fail. In my shop we replace two fuel pumps in 14 years on Hondas. And it was the cars were sitting dormant for years which gummed/destoyed the pump.
