Icon2 Mikayo Fuel Filter is leaking

I've been trying to change my fuel filter and found a third party part made by Mikayo. However the new part keeps leaking and I'm not sure why.

The filter is supplies with three washers, I've fitted the two large washers around the banjo bolt, however the third seems too small to fit and the original didn't have one on the inlet.

Any help would be appreciated.

I skipped the third washer, however it still leaks so I refitted the old one which is ok.
Can't see why.

Aftermarket Fuel Filter is used for many different vehicles...OEM filter never called for a washer on the bottom line, only 2 for banjo.

Mount the Filter on the firewall loosely so you can install the line straight on, then tighten the mounting bolts. Reattach banjo in the last step.
