Its a 1994 Stock Integra LS. When i got it it drove fine, after the first day when i woke up in the morning for work i noticed when i started it it struggled a little for the first id say 3 second until i hit the gas then it was fine. No troubles while driving just on start up. I only drove it for 2 days before i went on vacation for a week, came back and now it just cranks. Im thing maybe fuel filter o fuel pump? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Check your main relay. it happens all the time when u dnt drive the car for a while.
location Behind the driver knee panel, right above the hood latch. It's a small lil gray box.

when u turn you car on "on position" second click "not Start" your fuel pumps turns on and u will hear ur fuel pump turn on and then right after you furl pumps turns on you will hear a click from the Main Relay. literately the main relay makes a click sound and u can miss it. if u cant hear it the first time try doing it a few times.
If it dnt click then its out, bad, broken, and if its broken then just go get a used from a junk yard or sumthing, all 90-00 Honda Civic And Acura Integra has them at the same location and use's the same one,

ok update, it does click when i turn the key to on. I tried to turn it over today and it seemed to try and bubbled for a second and then nothing. when i tried it a few more times it would start to turn but just do the bogging bubbling instead of kicking over. Any thoughts?

Can you hear the fuel pump prime?
Turn key to run, not start, you should hear the fuel pump run for a few sec. and then turn off, at the same time the CEL will turn on and then turn off.
There are actually 3 "clicks" from the PGM-FI Main Relay, the first 2 are very close together and can sound like 1 click, the first click is the fuel injector relay turning on, [as soon as ign. switch goes into run position, the CEL will also come on] the 2nd click is right after the first one, it is the fuel pump relay turning on, [turned on by the ECU/ECM to prime the fuel system] the 3rd click is in a few sec., it is the fuel pump relay turning off, the fuel pump will stop, [humming] and the CEL will turn off, [fuel system is pressurized].
At this point the engine should start, yours does not so you have a problem.
There are a number of things that can be wrong, the first thing you need to find out is the problem no fuel, or no spark.
A simple test that anyone can do, as long as you have a spark plug wrench, is to try and start the engine then immediately remove a spark plug, check the plug end for gas, is it wet with gas, does it smell of gas, will it "flash" if you put a lighter to it?
If not, you have a fuel problem.
If so, plug the spark plug back into it's lead and ground the plug to the engine and have someone crank the engine, [keep your face away from the open plug hole] look for spark, do you have a strong spark?
If not, you have an ign. problem.
If so, [you have gas and spark] then you have a timing problem.
I'm going to guess fuel problem, [fuel pump, PGM-FI Main Relay, fuel filter or injectors]until I get more info 94

ill update you tomorrow more when i get back to the car but when i turned it to the position you said i do here the click. It really sounds like its either the fuel pump or relay but i just lost my income so i dont want to spend the money on a part when its a different problem.
If it is the PGM-FI Main Relay, [even if it clicks it can be bad] you can repair it yourself...

This is a very common problem, I have fixed more then a few of them. 94

Update! i checked the plugs and the first plug(if your looking from left to right) was full of OIL. I cleaned all the plugs off, cranked it alittle and got it to start. NOW new problem! Guessing the problem is the valvue cover gasket? When i drove it around the block the temp gauge went from middle to red(hot) in a matter for 3 minutes.
