Default help how do i know if my tps is not damage

im having problems with my TPS im tuned with chrome p28 car start having problems he wont past from 2,000 rpm rpm keeps bouncing slow like a 2 step sometimes its revs up but same happends get stuck at 2k is my tps damage?

Get a meter and turn the key to on without starting the engine. Locate the 3 wires at the TPS and pierce the TPS negative wire with the black probe. Pierce the TPS reference wire wire (power) with the red probe. There should be 5v. Pierce the TPS signal wire with the red probe. There should be about .5v. Manually open the throttle. The voltage should rise smoothly to about 4.5v at WOT.

ive done that if i open the throttle the tester says of and then reads 4.6v

then your tps is good..im unsure what else coud be the problem. But you can eliminate that
