Switching wastegate springs after tune, retune needed?
Maybe a simple question but if I tune my car to say 15-18psi with a 10psi wg spring, then switch to a 7psi spring after would the boost controller have to be adjusted(boost solenoid controlled by computer) or need a retune?
Car now is at 10psi with 390whp and is being tuned for higher boost around 500-550whp in a few days and I wanted to try and hook 2nd so would need a lower spring for lower boost in 2nd and dont have time to switch it prior to tune.
thanks

U should be good the 7psi spring just mean that 7 psi is ur min amount boost u can run as long as u got a boost controller u can always set a grater amount, like 15-18psi, so if its tune for 10psi i would recomend u get it tune for 15-18psi.
