98 civic lx multiple misfiring codes
my 98 civic started acting up about 1 year ago and has gotten worst.
if I slowed down and tried to accelerate it would hesitate and i would have to downshift for the hesitation to stop. now if i press on the accelerator too quickly it misfires and runs rough, and shakes and if i press on the gas pedal slowly and gradually it will accelerate and will coast fine.
diagnostics came back with P0301-P0304. the rotor, dist. cap and coil have never been changed and the car has 260K miles. the plugs and wires were changed 2 years ago.
