i have two pictures attached, i was wondering if anyone knew whether to plug these two holes or if they need a vacuum line going into the engine or something. Keep in mind that to the best of my knowledge, JDM motors dont have emissions tests, therefore they do not have a EVAC purge solenoid, nor that charcole vacuum canister..correct me if im wrong.

the top picture is on the back right hand side of the IM if your looking at the engine straight on.

 

its fine to cap that I have it capped on my type r, it might be an american mani and tb set up
