Sound when turning after change of belts
Hi,
Sorry corrections for last post:
I was told by Jiffylube workers that I had to change my serpentine belt and alternative belt. So I did that at their shop. Bad idea, after they installed the belts whenever I turn my steering wheel it makes weird noise.
I went back to the shop and they assume it's the serpentine problem or power steering fluid because the power steering fluid container has bubble in it and the level increase from the original level since the installation of the serpentine and alternator belt.
For a shop like Jiffylube, is it possible that I can ask for refund on labour or take it to the dealer and have Jiffylube agree to pay for my bill because it's their negligence?
Help! I'm driving down to San Diego for school in two days! Thanks.
Kevin
