Help!! power door locks for my 1996 civic ex
Hey Civic lovers, so i have a 1996 civic ex and i was getting an aftermarket alarm installed on it this last weekend when i was asked by the installer if my car had power locks.. now my car does but they have not worked since ive bought the car and i was assuming they were broken. the installer told me that in order to maintain the stock power locks i needed to have the stock radio because it was a security feature.... now heres my porblem... the car didnt even have a radio in the first place so i put in an aftermarket one.... now heres my question... does anyone know a way around keeping the stock radio? some kind of wire rigging i can do so that my power locks work with my aftermarket alarm? any answers would be appreciated. thanks!
