I thought they were sold out / discontinued. I guess they are still available. I noticed Peoria has them.

 

would hate to have to go to acura buy a lip for $400, open the box and start sanding it down, because its not the right color.... I need taffeta white not any of the ITR colors

 

not gonna lie, you probably will we be fine with looking on ebay..type r lip is the most popular lip for the 98-01 so yeah..

 

Good luck finding an OEM ITR lip. Took me about a year to find mine. Guy wasn't a local, I had to drive an hour or so to get it. But Comptech would be your best substitution.

 

I actually bought an ebay polyurethane type r front lip to throw on my car just to make sure it would clear all of the speed bumps and inclines into driveways im faced with on a daily basis before i spent serious money on a good replica. The lip ended up being like $55.00 shipped to my door and I cant really complain about the fitment. You have to get creative when you are trying to figure out how to mount it but that wasn't really a big deal. For $55.00 im not going to waste my time with a "good" replica. It fits good enough. But remember you have to get creative when mounting it. hehe

 

all the acura dealerships still have them, but theyre all in OEM type R colors, I need tafetta white, so I need to find a used one

 

^ Yeah mine was NHBP when I got it. Picked it up for $150 and got it professionally painted for $80. Still cheaper than buying it from a dealer.

 

Great pick up I wish offers like that come alot.

 

i can't believe someone would shoot paint for 80, just a pint of decent paint is 30-50 bucks, that's not counting primer, clear or time.
