Default very rough idle, no fans coming on

Hi there.
I have a 96 integra ls with a 98 engine with 90kish on it. All routine maintence has been done, just got oil , tranny fluid, and coolant flushed and refilled.
Well recently i had an issue with my fans not coming on, so i went ahead and replaced the fuses, relays, and fan temp sensor. Im not too sure why but ever since its seemed like its been idling very rough, some days its better than others but it idles like a motor mount is loose ( already checked em ). The idle also fluctuates from a cold start ( at 2k rpm, where it drops as low as 300-500 rpm) It gets pretty bad some days. I thought maybe vacuum leak because i didnt have this issue till i replaced that sensor, and i took off the air intake to reach it better.
Any ideas? already put about 500$ into it just to do absoulutly nothing.

here are some pics

have you tried to get a wire a loop the plug that pluges into the temp sensor!
or not trying to be rude but does the fan work, you tried to connecting it directly to the battery! i had this exact problem, but mine was just the relay in the fuse box next to the battery!

Umm could please explain the first part a little better? a bit slow here
and yeah haha i checked the fans first, there both good, got new relays + fuses, and i checked the fans with a 12v source, both spun. See its weird cause i had the fan blowing just fine after i replace the coolant fan temp sensor (gold plug behind the the thermostat) but after that it just seemed to never come on, even with the ac on.

get a random piece of wire, split both sides open. make it a (u) shape. then unplug the fan temp sensor. now instead of plugging it back in, connect the piece of wire on each pin in the plug. it tells your fan to automatically. they should come on. sorry i have no images.

hi its OP, just using my bro's account. alright i will try that. im just wondering if its because that ground in the picture , because i cant screw it all the way in because of a little metal tab. does that ground thats connected to the fan temp sensor plug maybe go in the screw hole right next to it?

alright so i went ahead and directly wired the fans to run while the battery is on, the fans are fine now, i guess.
Now i stilll have that rediculously rough idle, that show up a couple days ago.
it feels like a motor mount is broken ( their fine, i checked lol) the rpm gauge fluctuates like the car has a vacuum leak, but i cant figure out where from ( tried the carb cleaner thing on the vacuum hose). When i move that ground thats above the gold fan thermo switch, i can hear air or something wooshing on the inside of it , as long as i have power and i wonder if maybe its something to do with that. i sprayed carb cleaner on it it and didnt hear any revs so i dont think its a vacuum leak. its connected to a little black cylinder, but at this point im just gasping for straws.
once again all i took off was the stock airbox and its tube, fan switch, the ground above it and thats it.
any ideas?

not sure if your car has it but, mounted to the throttle body under it there is that coolant valve that allows air to enter into your intake manifold,, on the end there are 2 mm bolts and there is a white plastic piece that unscrewes itself, that would cause that up and down idle... if you tighten it will make the valve work correctly... i know civics have it...

checked idle screw first.
its like from 1k-3k rpm the car was running lean and almost knocking. got a check engine light that went away. then today i got another check engine light that didnt go away, and it sounds almost like a lawn mower while driving in low rpms.
higher rpms and its perfect.
also , i guess i did something and karma has it out for me, my doors no longer wanna unlock. like i cant get the drivers side door open, and the passenger side door i have to time it right quick before it locks again. its like it unlocks and then locks real quick, i replaced all the fuses, but no luck.
starting to hate this car.

alright so now i have it where it idles near perfect, but fluctates a little like barely but i can hear and see the needle moving up every couple of seconds. its almost like someone is barely barely pressing on the gas. i also have a flashing check engine light and my exhaust smells of gas, and is puffing? like it pulses out the exhaust. so i think its a misfire as a result of running too lean? maybe. any ideas as what to check?

edit could it possible be the gas? i filled up with qt for the first time on thursday? and im usually used to filling up with shell. 87 octane all the time, im thinking about adding some octane booster to it and seeing how it does
