Default Video: 96 Integra GSR w/ RMF Replica Header & AEM CAI

WATCH BOTH VIDEOS BELOW

Having a little fun in my 96 Acura Integra GSR Coupe at the Wednesday Night Street Legal Runs at Sacramento Raceway. The motor is an internally stock USDM B18C1 with bolt on's such as: I'm riding on 14" Honda Civic HX Wheels on some Falken Ziex ZE-912 (195/60/14) tires. Tire pressure was set to 35 psi all around. Shifting at 8,000rpm all night.

Very nice run for a bolt on GSR. Now, imagine if you were on slicks, launching your car @ 5k.

Dyno? Tune?

Thanks man! The motor is untuned (stock OBD2A P72 ECU). I'm hoping to break into the 13's with a set of "baby slicks". My trap speed indicates that this is very possible.

You beat me to it. Trapping 100+mph in the 1/4 is very good and very respectable for a bolt on GSR. Throw on some slicks, get it tuned, and chances are your gonna be faster. Now that is a very healthy GSR. Good JOb!

One more thing, Buddy of mine traps 103mph. 13.6-13.8 times

I think for the price, the RMF Replica Header simply cannot be beat! I doubt that a DC Sports 4-2-1 CARB legal Header (which I was planning on buying) would have allowed me to trap 101 MPH. I highly recommended this header to anyone that has a stock gsr that is looking to upgrade their OEM piece.

Yeah? that is probably why I have the same header also. I figured they would be a good buy. Now go buy some slicks, and race!!!

i still dont see how this happened lol have you dyno'd this thing yet.

i was running:
greddy evo2 2.5 in. exhaust
dc 4-1 header
aem full ram intake
stock ecu
on falken azenis drag radials.
msd 2 step
107 octane

best time 14.98 at 94.6 mph

haha idk how the hell your trapping over a 100 miles an hour. im sorry but im gonna have to call bs untill i see a time flip or actual vid of this car running. Not trying to doubt you man but i just find it hard to believe

half the bolt on gsr's around here cant even break a 15.5. mine ran 15.3 bone stock!

good sixty foots and trap speeds! i couldnt pull those in my stock gsr with skunk2 catback- i was runnin 2.4 sixties (205-50 nitto neo gen) and low-mid ninety trap speeds (i also suck though) but my buddy ran a 14.6 in his gutted ek [b16] with only tuner1 cams and megan headers/ t1r catback with stock basemap; so i believe you

it's possible. my brother's friend ran 14.9 on a fully stock 98 integra gsr, car was own by a old man who never hit vtec once before he bought it. my cousin with a jdm b18c swap hatch ran 14.1 all day bone stock motor tranny with bolt-ons. It really depends on how healthy the motor is and how good the driver is.

engine bay seems to be gutted which makes me believe there is a lot of weight savings through out the car?

nice engine! given that it doesnt burn a lot of oil

Here are the weight reduction mods I did:

No A/C
No Power Steering
No ABS
No Cruise Control
No Front/Rear Bumper Support
14" HX Wheels

Other than that, the car is still running all interior panels and seats. Really basic setup.

Yes, I'm still running bumper covers, since this is my daily driver.
