You could use your stock wires from behind the radio, but it's easier just to get an aftermarket radio wiring harness for your car. If you use the stock harness, you're going to have to cut it off, and hardwire the new radio, but the colors won't match up, you'll have to get a diagram. If you cut, cut the wires individually, there will be a wire that has voltage in it, and a ground wire, if they touch, you will blow a fuse.

Your front door speakers are 5 1/4", and your rear deck speakers are 6x9".

Not really. There will be a grey plug on there that won't fit on the aftermarket spkrs. You can either cut off, and splice in some spade connectors to fit on the speaker terminals, or just buy speaker harnesses for your honda, usually not very expensive. These harnesses will fit onto that grey plug from your car speaker, and the other ends will fit right onto your new speakers.

If you cut the grey plug off, you need to make sure you don't get the polarity reversed (the positve wire and negative wire). Its fine if all speakers are wired backwards, but if just some spkrs are wired one way, and swithced on others, you'll lose sound quality.
