integra gsr 1997 TPS calibrate help

hey i just got a 68mm blox TB and edel victor x installed oem tps to this TB now needs to calibrate wats the right angle?

.5v at Closed and 4.5v at wide open throttle

was having problem at .5 car wont past from 2k RPM moved again the TPS to the middle .9v and now hes allright but in 3rd gear full trothle rpm died? what should i check?
