For some odd reason my stock throttle cable from my eg hatch (dx) is not fitting properly. i ordered the a bracket from edlebrock for a gsr for which i have in the car and if i hook it up to the bracket it comes up short from reaching to the butterfly but if i hook the throttle cable up first to the butterfly then the bracket wont reach. need help asap and i check the faqs too.

 

what throttle body do you have ? is a gsr one ? most likly a type r throttle cable is what you need
