Default e.l.d. code 20

i was on the throttle and when i shifted to second the car just shut down, it turns over but is getting no fire and is throwing code 20. thats electronic load detector, i replaced under hood fuse box with known working one, ran the voltmeter tests like stated in haynes manual and everything checked good but still throwing code 20. i changed out the dizzy too just to see and it didnt help either checked fuses under dash n they r good too. any other suggestions?

change out underdash fuse panel, had the same problem with my rhd eg.

replaced under dash fuse panel fixed my problem

Code 20 shouldnt be affecting your drivability. The ELD just detects electrical load and ramps up your alternator voltage to compensate. You should still be getting spark.
