hey people, i got a 02 base dc5 stick, and im shoppin around for a new clutch n flywheel package...quest. is what has been the best clutch & flywheel to get for a base dc5?

heard around and alot of people say either excedy or act...

If you aren't planning on increasing power dramatically, oem ftw.

I bought a used clutch with 25k for $30 for my k20a2 and it's still going strong with ~50k on it. Never slips or squeals.

 

For daily use with nothing to crazy as car as mods just got with an OEM Exedy clutch kit. You can even get a Type-S clutch kit but you need a type-s flywheel as well.

 

Well I'm not planning on major hp gain, it is my daily driver tho, so I don't want nothin to catchy, but I was thinking a OEM type s clutch n fly, is it even worth puttin in? Hey I Always hear to upgrade if I can, and that's just oem, eventually it will be replaced if I do decide to have more hp gain..
