Default 1999 Accord - CG8 - electrical problem. need help.

Hello Honda techs.
I have an electrical problem on my 99 accord CG8 - F18B3.
I was trying to start it up. It did not run for about 2 months now. I have been trying to start it up for the last two days and it was responding but does not start.
Now, it does not respond at all. When the ignition switch is at off position, the oil, battery, and fuel indicators are slightly on (weakly lighted), also the temperature indicator is at max level. When the key is turned to "on" position the oil, battery lights are on but no "open door" or "hand break" lights come on. When trying to start the engine there is no response at all. As if nothing happens.

Do you have any idea whan this could be?

I have already tried with a known good battery, checked the fuses and relay, but I'll check again if you think a relay or a fuse is the cause.

Thank you in advance.

I found it. It was the ground wire disconnected. The one on the left side engine mount. I had disconnected it to remove the timing belt cover and changed my mind and forgot it disconnected.

Thanks anyway.

It's nice that you posted the results of the repair. This could help someone searching for information in the future.
