Accord 2001 Fuel Damper leak

Accord 2001 Fuel Damper leak
Car: Accord 2001 4-Cyl UL LX
I noticed fuel smell and saw a clean area near the fuel damper. I think there is a fuel leak. Not sure what to replace? Just the washers, or the pipe or the fuel damper itself? I cannot see the actual fuel leaking so either its very slow or it only comes out when the car is going very fast.
Any pointers on how to remove the fuel damper?
I have a pic but how do I upload it??
