Well I tried to install the lsd I have which is a viscous unit but for some reason the lsd wont go all the way down into the casing.I have seen plenty of forums saying it is possible with some modifications but I dont know what the modifications is to be exact or if it is even possible the lsd im guessing has a gsr ring gear because it came out of a b17 tranny.The transmission I have is a s1 b16 and the casing is a little different due to the fact it doesnt have to two bolts with the spring and *****.But once I placed the lsd into the tranny the bearing didnt go all the way down into the casing,and sat about 1/2 a inch out or not down flush with the casing.Someone please help the gearing is a little different also doesnt have three guides just has two.Is it possible or can I take all the stuff and put it in a ys1 tranny casing,I also have a a1 transmission if I can use that it would be great.
