I'm currently on S techs with stock struts on my EP3 and its running fine. However, aftermarket springs will blow your stock struts very quickly.

Why don't you buy some aftermarket struts with your aftermarket springs?

I had them on since mid June. Like Alan said, you'll have to get new struts soon. I noticed one of my rear struts squeaking and the squeaks been constantly getting louder and louder so it depends on what the condition of your struts. I remember one of my struts were almost done already before putting on the s techs.

Or you can go for coils

you can do it one of two ways dude. get the springs and put them on with oem struts, hate the damper that is involved with running aftermarket springs with stock struts and have a shitty ride and eventually buy aftermarket struts and do the suspension overhaul twice with two alignments and twice the amount of time in the shop / with car down or just gert a good strut and do all the work once, have a nice suspension feel from the get go and save yourself the time and money involved with the first option

Are you planning to install the springs yourself?
