Does the fan run when the engine is hot? Are you losing coolant? Have you bled and pressure tested the cooling system? Is the radiator possibly partially clogged?

Don't let the engine temp reach H on the gauge.

Is the lower radiator hose hot or cool when the engine overheats?

Mine did the same thing a while back. It ended up being air in the lines. After it overheated, I just unscrewed the radiator cap and let the air out. Then filled it back up with coolant. Been fine ever since.

there should be a bleeder on the back of your housing that you can bleed the system from. when i get to my garage tonight i will snap a picture for you. sounds like tht is the issue considering you have tried everything else

o/p perhaps you need a more efficient radiator, like a dual core radiator? idk this still sounds like a air in the cooling system problem
