Default No spark or fuel....help!

I recently swap in a jdm gsr swap with 35k on it into my 97 integra ls. Im running a obd1 engine harness with obd1 injectors. I have a chip p28 on chrome and a stock p28. I finished putting the swap in, wiring it up, and adding the fluids. I went to start the motor for the first time and nothing...it cranks but Willn't turn over. I did a spark test and nothing. So I bought a new ICM and installed it. Went to crank it over again and nothing. Decided to see if i was getting any fuel. Pulled the injectors and crank it and nothing...check at the fuel filter and nothing. So I ruled out that my fuel pump was getting any power to it or it went bad. I checked all the ground wires and found the wires that bolt to the thermostat housing broke off so i fixed that. Not I'm loss on what to do next. Im thinkg Main Relay went bad??? Probably call honda tomorrow and see what they say and probably sent it in there to be fixed. Im throwing it out here on the thread to see if anyone else has gone through this and may know the answer so i can fix it instead of spending a fortune to get it done at honda.

a little hard to understand but did you take a volt tester and check the clip on your fuel pump to see if power is getting there
