Technically, Rota makes a copy of the NT03+M, which is still in production. What you're selling are just plain NT03 wheels. No (+) involved.

 

When I purchased I was told they were Nt03+

 

There's no such thing as an NT03+. NT03 and NT03+M.

I think these are called NT0+3 12 Spokes

NT03+ M is the current production model

and just plain NT03 is 10 Spokes

Actually, i think the 12-spoke has an ENTIRELY different name. I didn't count the spokes on his, so I didn't notice... It's another one of their 'Racing' series wheel. I want to say it starts with a W, but cannot for the life of me remember.

If he looked on the mounting face of the wheel, it might say it.
