Default lowering springs question..

so im tired of my integra at granny height, been trying to save up for coilover but i dont have much of a budget. so my friend just told me to get lowering springs. my question is will lowering springs screw up my stock shocks?

Depends on how low the drop is. I believe if the drop is more than 2.5 inches you will blow out your shocks soon.

dude i have my old pair of megan coils, if you want em... the ride bumpy but they slam your car for sure

Depends on the spring rates realy, but likely they will blow the shocks pretty quick.
And yes you will want to get an alignment as soon as you can.
