Default fs/ft '01 EBP Prelude

Back up for sale is the ole EBP Prelude. Looking to clear some debt. Just put 1k worth of motor work into the car, runs great no issues at all!

01 Prelude base
Electron Blue Pearl (rare color)
123k miles
5 speed transmission

Engine
Stock H22a4
-Just had head work done to it by Don at Bumper to Bumper.
--The head was clean, hot tanked, milled, valve job and new valve seals done at this time. Head is fresh.
Fresh valve adjustment
New head gasket
New cam seals
New intake gasket
New exhaust manifold gasket
New valve cover gasket
New timing belt
New water pump
Auto to manual tensioner conversion
Balance shaft belt delete
New power steering belt
New fuel filter
New PCV valve
ARP head studs
Cold air intake
Clutch and flywheel replaced at Roberts (Autolab) in Louisville, KY ~6000 miles ago
Exedy stage 2 clutch
DC header
Greddy Evo II cat back exhaust

Suspension
Stock struts with Dropzone lowering springs
-Rides really smooth
Front and rear strut bars
New driver side control arm and ball joint
New driver and passenger cv axles
Black 16x7 GT3's
70% tread on tires

Interior:
Rare black leather front and rear seats

Security:
Viper Alarm with keyless entry

Bad: (mostly small cosmetic issues)
Dent on roof
misc. dints and dings
slight bumper fitment issues
CEL for 02 sensor. Most likely caused by a very small exhaust leak (doesnt make the car sound like junk, car still sounds very quite, no rasp or anything) at the flex pipe.

Extra Parts:
Wth the sale i have 2 of everything so that this can will need no excess expense if something goes wrong. I have an extra alternator, starter, battery, power steering pump etc all included with the car. Also have some misc H series parts that i might throw in.

Cliff notes
Car runs great, pretty much has a brand new head on it and all new gaskets. Just looking to clear some debt. It has a ton of new parts on it and has been quite reliable thus far.

looking for 5750 obo
Possible trades for a 5 speed civic or accord, MUST have 3k cash on top. NO STRAIT TRADES WHAT SO EVER. Lowball offers will be ignored. Car books at 6600 plus all the motor work thats been done.

**I will update with Interior and motor shots within the next two days**
