i bought a 3 pt strut bar for my ek but the throttle cable is in the way. its too high as u can c in the pic. how can i get this lower. Can i get another throttle cable bracket and if so from wut year civic..

Run the cable like this.

 

Get a new/used cable that fit and use the Type R throttle bracket on the manifold.

Or

Ditch the 3 point.

jus got my oem type r throttle cable and bracket... hopefully this will solve my problem. I never changed the throttle cable so this is new for me......

 

simple fix for the gsr throttle bodies is get a throttle cam (bracket attaches to throttle shaft which the cable goes on) from a b/d/h/f throttle body so the cable can be routed from the other side. Then you would need the approciate throttle cable bracket to bolt onto the manifold and it would work.
