Re: Ek w/GSR What throttle cable? (gapergurlie_18)
I would think that you would need a throttle cable from and Integra from 94-01. The GSR has a wierd throttle body because of the way the intake manifold was designed. Honda had to have the cable pull from the pass side rather than from the drivers side. In turn that made the cable really long. So just get one for a GSR integra

gsr throttle cable is what I used. EK was the right total length, but think it was too short from the bracket to the throttle, or something.
You may have to mod yours though - with a gsr cable, I still had a really sloppy pedal with the cable adjusted all the way tight at the throttle body. I ended up putting a zip tie on the pedal end of the cable (on the metal button thing) to take about 1/2" of extra slack out of it.

Thats true. I forgot to mention that. All of the aftermarket manifolds require using a different throttle body cable and I think a different throttle body itself. I think that the GSR just has a bracket on the front of the throttle body to allow the cable to pull in a different direction.
An EX throttle cable will work as well. When I did my swap, I had purchased a cable for the 2000 SI and it was the same as the one that came on my car to begin with. The only thing I had to do was modify my stock D16 throttle body cable bracket to fit on the B16 manifold. Never have had a problem with it since I did the swap almost three years ago.
