what the hell is wrong with my doorlocks?
i have power locks on my 94 EX and every time i lock the doors, they keep trying to lock themselves over and over again. the only way i can stop it is by either unlocking everything, or just pulling the lock up on one side. it doesn't keep trying to unlock, just lock. i tried lock cylinder lubricant, but it didn't work. any thoughts?
probably the door lock acutator not sure where it is in the 5th gens but i'd imagine the same place as the 4th gen right inside the driverside door panel mounted to the the door itself
Haha. Yet another problem my friend has on his 94 EX-L. It's really funny, but yeah, it gets really annoying really quickly if you're in the car when it's doing it. I so don't understand it. 94 EX's have a lot of querks which really don't make any sense.
My driver's side power lock doesn't work right either.. For it to work correctly I have to lock it while pulling the door release handle when the door is open. If the door is closed it works fine though

your drivers door lock actuator is bad. its in your drivers door ,3 small screws attach it to the lock assy.
1) it's annoying as HELL!
2) i'm worried i may come out some morning and have a dead battery
any other info, please?
