Default h22 clutch and flywheel?

ok so getting close to finishing up my h22 swap into my accord. l need a clutch and flywheel. everyone says get a exedy stage 1 and 8lb fidnaza flywheel. but l started a thread at HT and it went on for like 4-5 pages on so many ppl thinking dif things. this is a dd and will have some good power so exedy stage 1 or 2? and what wieght flywheel?

Well, some ppl like to keep a 12lbs flywheel for momentum which is good for DD. But as for me and of course you already know that I'm running a 8lbs Fidanza and Exedy stage 1 clutch kit. And I weekend DD my car with no problem.

yea but ive heard aluminum flywheels are very good. chromoly or light wieght steel

You heard aluminum flywheels are or are not very good? chromoly or lightweight steel....... what?

What have you heard?

FYI, Fidanza Lightweight flywheels are aluminum.
