Default CEL After Tranny Swap LS to GSR

My first post here will be a Tech question! just did a Tranny Swap in my 93 Honda Del Sol Si with a B18b1 and matching Tranny. Swapped to a JDM GSR Tranny, after which everything was put back together, and all labeled items put back to where they originally were.

After starting the car back up she idled real high normally was 1000 before and now was fluctuating between 1500-1800. It also through a Engine Code on the Hondata it read Code: 6 ECT Water Temp. as seen in the picture below. After doing some searching I found a misc wire hanging and cant find a home for it also pictured below. Wondering if this one wire could be the cause of both my idling issue and my CEL issue (idling issue I'm guessing no). Any help is greatly appreciated! thanks in advance. or if anyone has any other suggestions I can try that would be great as well!

How many wires does the loose connector have and what are the wire colors?

The ECT sensor has a 2P connector. What are the wire colors in that connector?

The power steering pressure switch has a 2P connector with Brn/Red and Blk wires.

What are the wire colors running to the 2P coolant temp sensor under the distributor?

there we 2 more 2p wire connectors under the distributor, both green colored one had a plug in it so I'm guessing its not used, the other was open and the wire colors were blue and black

I run the HD s300, its also pushing out some white coolant smoke consistently ever since this swap as well, so I'm sure its deff something with it just cant figure out what it is! it never use to smoke before.

The VTEC oil pressure switch has Blu/Blk and Blk wires.

The ECT sensor under the distributor has Red/Wht and Grn/Wht wires.
