comptech currently(maybe discontinued now) had a super charger for the tl... the same set up as your 8th gen. price was something like 4k$... but really, when you do these types of modifications... price should be no object. In that case, run twin turbos with a motec management system. It might only set you back 10-15k$... maybe. But then you need to start thinking about putting in an LSD from the TL, and you need to start thinking about stopping the car after you have it up to 160+mph....

in the end, there is little a boat load a money can not fix.

turbo setup could be tricky. the exhaust manifold is cast into the head. but could also make it a little easier. the next step is tuning. What kind of tuning software is out there for these?

The problem I see is 500 hp is a lot , just about double the 08 V6 which is running 10.0 CR . Internals would need beefed up as you probably need around 15-20lb of boost . So some better forged rods along with some turbo forged pistons be in order (something in the 8.0 CR . You need larger injectors along with some kind of decent ECU.

Maybe 400hp could be done on stock internals but 500hp IMO is pushing it if you want it to last .
The exhaust manifolds shouldn't be problem, its going to be custom work as no kit are out that I know of . I think 2 small turbos would fit ok .

After you get it all done then have to get that power to the ground ,some LSD as mentioned above and a better clutch package too (hopefully the tranny will hold up if your not to hard on it ) .
