Tell me about this part.
its at the end of the fuel rail. the little screw with a rubber gasket! does it do anything? I found it laying inside the plastic protector, while trying to troubleshoot my car.

it dampens pressure pulse's in the fuel rail, to smooth out any tiny spikes of fuel pressure,
