So a buddy, brought me a civic with a blown motor and he brought me a d15 to swap in there... now everything is plugged in, and motor wont turn on, when I took out the old s plugs from the d15 they were rusted and oily, so i put the ones from the blown motor which were new, I have spark and fuel but it wont start.

 

Motor? Car year, make, model? ECU?

 

Is spark bright white or weak orange or deep blue?

Are the plug wires installed in the correct firing order on the distributor cap?

Is the mechanical timing correct?

Any CEL codes?

Have you measured the cylinder compressions?
