I gotta 95 dx 1.3, if u wanna drop in a descent engine its a pain inda *** cause u'd be going from carb to injection so yal need alot more parts than a normal swap. possible though and te fact that parts are so cheap over ter inda u.s it would be worth it if yav got a nice shell to work with. weight reduction makes a huge difference in te lil 1.3's so ya cud start with that then i gave it really thoroughal service and skunk 2 mega power decat back exhaust n its a little flyer for a 1.3 carb.
just some ideas, best of luck with it!

Well, right off you are going from carburated to fuel injected, so you will need to find a repolace emnt gas tank, fuel pump, and the wiring to run to it. The Si model was the only 3g civic that was fuel injected, so if you can find a tank out of an Si, that would be easiest to swap. Otherwise I suppose you could remove the old tank and mount a fuel cell int eh back or something.
Along with this, you need the hard fuel lines that run from the engine compartment to the fuel tank, the fuel pump (the Si had it mounted next to the fuel tank, so you can get any external aftermarket fuel pump), and add the fuel pump wiring.
Next is getting an engine. The '87-'89 integra D16A1 is the easiest thing to swap, as the JDM Si came with that motor so it basically bolts right in. You can also check Hasport for the engine mounts that they make for other engines: http://hasport.com/store/index.php/mounts/civic/af.html

sell the car. you obviously need someone to hold your hand through this entire process and with this car, you'll spend more money on EVERYTHING and will have to do tons of research..
why do you want to put a b series in so bad?

Some buds told me years ago that you can use your 1300 crank in the D15 block (88-91), bore it as far as you can, port the head, look for the carbs found on the Canadian EF's, rejet them, and it'll rev to 10000..
Granted, this was years ago (more like decades..)
Or you could find a 86/87 accord short block, trans/axles, dohc 87 prelude head, custom intake, regrind the cams, mod the torsion bars/housings, fab that all in and go beat on big V-8's..
