whenever your motor quits making power, my motor stops making power after 8.3k so my rev limit is set to 8.5k

....if you just want to make more noise, hurt your motor and eventually blow it up.

As stated above, the correct answer is, when it stops making power and assuming you are running the proper valvetrain for your cams etc.

Well the Intake makes power from 7000-10000rpm. And the cams stops producing power at 9500 rpm.

That's what marketing says but I guarantee that once you put your car on the dyno, you won't find it making power up that high. That's the lesson here, catalogs don't determine redline on an engine. The dyno is what will tell you where your redline will be.

Exactly! We had it in the dyno when we tuned it. And it only gave high end power...

which was what exactly? If you were already at the dyno, you would have already known the answer to your question.

I rev mine with heavy PCTs on stock rods to 9.3K (peaking @9K).
U should rev it a bit over peak power too...

My question is how much would you recommend me to rev with a b18c6 block with the setup i wrote. Right now i'm still running the b16 block.

like stated in previous posts, it's hard to just guess what is a good redline would be. you need to take it to the dyno and see were your peaking at, and set your redline based on the what your engines peak rpms are

its the same as the JDM B18C. Same engine, different code as it's for the European market. It has the same header as on the US B18C5, and is rated at 190HP
