EK center vents not blowing.

EK center vents not blowing.
Hello,
I looked to try and find this problem with no such luck
97 ex both left and right single vents work and blow hot air fine, the 2 center vents dont blow what so ever. Is this vent electrically controlled? Need solution.

the little green lights pop on when you switch modes so i would assume so?
just messed with it again this morning and it does not blow out of floor mode either. left and right side vents only.
