Ok guys a few friend and i are getting a Honda spec class races on forza 3. Cars aloud B class no more them 250whp front wheel drive only. slicks and motor swap are aloud!, we will have some rules also: You dont play clean dont race!,we understand bumping is racing, pushing you of the track or anything like that! is not aloud. Damage will be on! and tire wear. Also tuned your car at Cataluna full corse most races will be on full race corses!. So for gearing Cataluna is the best place to tuned!. OK, I've got a few cars setup for this, I just need to send you a friend request on XBox Live. BTW, I struggled to get under 2:00 at Cataluna GP, I hope my times are competitive. I really don't think it's a FWD-friendly track, all the top cars on the leaderboards are AWD or RWD.

 

No track is really FWD friendly

All my Honda's have a hard time catching grip after any mild motor swap, even with slicks.... Unless its my tuning, which in that case I should show up for this. IDK if I still have any XBL left, but Ill def. be renewing it next week if you guys do this next thursday as well. I havent had any Honda guys to race and would really like some close competition as everyone only races AWD Audi S4's online and those are far superior to my CRX -_-

1.B class hondas fwd only!
2.eg civic,em1civic,crx and integra WHP250 max. For rsx,prelude and the new si coupe 260whp max. we will check!. Good racing everyone later!.

 

How competitive is a 2:03-2:03 on Cataluna?

How many of you guys use traction control, or abs, or stability control?

 

top 3 guys were at mid 1:59's i think slows time was 2:01s!.And i know most of us dont used traction control or abs!.

 

I'll be down for next thurs. Make a list of all the rules,so we can build accordingly.

 

1. Must be Honda or Acura
2. Must be FWD (cannot do drivetrain swap to make it rwd/awd)
3. CRX/Civics must make < 250 hp, Preludes/Integras/RSX must make < 260 hp
4. Must be in B-class
5. Cars must be all motor (no superchargers or turbos)
6. Engine swaps are allowed as long as it obeys all other rules
7. Any tire compund/size

Tune it at Cataluna GP, if you can get it to run a 2:00.X, you're smokin', a solid 2:00 time can easily win, I dropped 0.5 sec just because it's a race rather than just driving in practice. I did a 1:59 in the race, but the other laps were 2:00-2:02, consistency and driveability are huge.

I'm not the smoothest Forza racer out there and I know I'm not great with setups but I've been doing high 2:03's for half an hour.
